Biography

For over 30 years, David has represented individuals injured by the negligence of others. David began his career at a defense firm representing insurance and Fortune 500 companies. After several years, it became clear to him that he identified with the injured individuals rather than the companies he represented. David has handled numerous cases that have resulted in verdicts and/or settlements in excess of $1,000,000.

David is active in the St. Louis community. He was appointed by the Mayor of St. Louis to the St. Louis City Police Pension Board and served in that role for several years. David and his wife are active supporters of the Missouri Brain Injury Association.

David graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with honors and was a cum laude graduate of St. Louis University School of Law.

When not working, David is an avid fisherman and enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons.
