Experience: Representative Matters: Primary outside counsel for an Odyssey Index open ended real estate fund with over $2 Billion in assets under management.; Representation of Moon Valley Nursery in sale-leaseback transaction involving 24 properties located in 5 states.; Represented affiliates of Square Mile Capital Management in the formation of a joint venture with the FDIC to acquire a portfolio of 57 performing and non-performing hotel loans having an unpaid principal balance in excess of $600 million.; Represented the lessee in the restructuring the ground lease under the historic Surrey Hotel and the hotel's redevelopment financing.; Representing a privately held hotel owner/operator in its restructuring and recapitalization, including the refinancing of a portfolio of six Manhattan hotels.; Represented Credit Suisse in a highly-structured $756 million loan made to finance the acquisition, renovation and condominium conversion of the Manhattan House on the Upper East Side of New York City.
