David E. Kravitz

David Kravitz is a partner with three decades of litigation experience, specializing in medical malpractice, construction negligence, workplace accidents, product liability, commercial transportation, premises liability and catastrophic injury cases. Less than two years after being admitted to the bar, Dave Kravitz had already tried six jury trials to verdict. Since then, he has tried dozens of jury trials, bench trials and more than 100 arbitration proceedings to verdict in multiple state and federal courts, and has argued numerous cases in the Illinois appellate courts, including complex insurance coverage disputes.

Dave Kravitz has successfully represented clients in a wide variety of personal injury suits, including multiple traumatic brain injury cases, a multi-million-dollar case involving multiple herniated cervical discs and surgeries, and a multi-million-dollar trucking accident case involving catastrophic injuries. In 2008, David Kravitz tried a traumatic brain injury case in which he obtained a verdict on behalf of his client that was recognized as the verdictsearch.com national verdict of the week.

David Kravitz was admitted to practice in Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in 1994. He is a member of the trial bar for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and has been admitted pro hac vice in CA, FL, IN, IA, KS, LA, TX, WV and WI.
