Biography

David Bender is a partner in the firm's litigation department, practicing in all aspects of civil litigation, including landlord/tenant disputes, domestic matters, personal injury, medical malpractice, construction law, contract disputes, eminent domain, mechanic's liens, employment law, workers compensation, trusts and estate matters and wrongful death.

David practices in both the State and Appellate courts of Missouri and Illinois representing a wide array of clients, both Plaintiffs and Defendants, ranging from individuals to large corporations.

He has gained significant trial experience in the Circuit Courts as well as at Administrative Hearings. David also has significant experience in handling mediations and arbitrations as well.

David is licensed in both Missouri and Illinois and is a member of the American Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, St. Louis County Bar Association, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, United States District Court-Eastern District of Missouri, and U.S. Court of Appeals (Eighth Circuit).
