Biography

David Estes has been a dedicated member of Hartline Barger LLP since 1999, starting his career in the Dallas office. He began by representing automotive and heavy truck manufacturers in product liability and warranty disputes, later expanding his practice to include premises liability, toxic tort cases involving asbestos and benzene, and the defense of trucking carriers in catastrophic accident litigation. David also represents creditors in collections matters against individuals and businesses. With extensive experience in both state and federal courts, David has consistently achieved favorable results for his clients.
