Biography

David H. Jacoby, founder of David H. Jacoby Elder Law Advocates, PA, has served Brevard County, Florida, for over 30 years. He is now a partner at Lemieux & Jacoby Elder Law Firm, where he continues to practice Elder Law. His areas of focus include Medicaid Planning, Nursing Home and Long-Term Care Planning, Estate Planning, Guardianships, Wills and Trusts, and Probate.

David earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University in 1986 and a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 1989. In February 1990, he established his law office in Brevard County. He has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Barry University, teaching Business Law.

In addition, David has been a board member at HealthSouth Sea Pines Rehabilitation Hospital and the Brevard County Jewish Community School. He is married to his wife, Erin, and has four children and six grandchildren.
