Biography

David Muegge is a dedicated attorney licensed to practice law in California and admitted to all federal district courts within the state. With a strong focus on complex civil litigation, manufacturer warranty, and other litigation matters, David brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to each case.

David earned his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law, sharpening his legal analysis and advocacy skills. He completed a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in International Relations at Dominican University of California, building a foundation in political and international issues.

Before joining WSHB, David served as a law clerk at one of the largest global property and casualty insurer s, defending auto manufacturers in warranty claims and developing keen insight into insurance law and litigation strategies.
