Biography

David Hirschman is of counsel in the London office and focuses his practice on corporate and securities matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. His experience includes advising on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters for major clients, both in the transactional context and in relation to day-to-day business activities. He is experienced in handling complex cross-border and domestic transactions, investments and reorganizations, advising a range of domestic and international clients from various industries. Having worked in the music industry for a number of years prior to becoming a lawyer, and having spent periods of time working in-house at ITV plc and AstraZeneca plc, he also has substantial business-level experience.
