David I. Wakely

Executive Summary

David Wakely was a founding member of the firm and has been practising exclusively in the area of labour relations on behalf of management since his call to the Bar in 1975.

He practices in all areas of labour and employment law with the primary focus on collective bargaining and litigation of employment-related matters in the Courts. He represents a large municipal client base in rights arbitrations and interest arbitrations as well as before the OLRB, and other tribunals.
