Biography

David is senior counsel in WSHB’s New York office handling a wide array of matters ranging from New York Labor Law, construction defect, insurance coverage, and commercial and business litigation. David takes pride in his strategic handling of cases assigned to him and has achieved favorable results in factually complex matters, resulting in favorable settlements, rulings and dismissals. He frequently engages in alternative dispute resolution such as mediation and arbitrations.

Mr. Incle received his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law - Newark, where he served as a Staff Editor of the Business Law Review and was a member of the Intellectual Property Society. After graduation, David served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Dennis O’Brien, Superior Court of New Jersey Monmouth Vicinage, Civil Division.

David received his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from Marist College where he also was a member of the of men’s football team.
