David J. Federbush

David J. Federbush is a Special Counsel with Zumpano Patricios. Mr. Federbush has forged a litigation practice that spans both the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and South Florida. Mr. Federbush leads the firm's Antitrust and Trade Regulation Practice and is former chairman of the editorial board of the Florida Bar Journal. He was selected as a contributing author to the American Bar Association Antitrust Section’s 2013 Review of Consumer Protection Law Developments.

Mr. Federbush focuses his practice on commercial litigation, including unfair or deceptive trade practice matters. He prosecuted such matters over the course of twelve years at the Federal Trade Commission in Washington, D.C., and subsequently practiced law in Miami, Florida. Mr. Federbush has published six articles on the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Practices.
