Biography

David J. Glass is a uniquely qualified family law litigator who holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology in addition to his law degree.  Glass has practiced Family Law exclusively for over 20 years, and is a Certified Family Law Specialist (State Bar of CA, Board of Legal Specialization).  His experience as a former therapist and evaluator, in addition to his accomplishments as an attorney, make him an especially talented family law practitioner.  Glass serves as the Chair of the Firm's Family Law Department. In child custody cases, the psychological issues often overshadow the legal issues.  Glass has a unique abiilty to understand and address both types of concerns.  Although concentrating on child custody and relocation litigation, Glass handles the full range of family law matters, including divorce, dissolution, division of property, child and spousal support, child custody, paternity, and prenuptial agreements.
