Biography

A graduate of the University of Missouri—Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, David earned his law degree from St. Louis University School of Law in 1995. He began his career at Gibbons & Gibbons, P.C., becoming a partner in 2002 before joining Todt, Ryan & McCulloch, L.L.C. in 2004 to specialize in domestic relations. In 2013, David established the Law Office of David J. Howard, LLC to further focus on family law. He has served as a Guardian ad Litem and has extensive trial experience, including civil jury trials, family law bench trials, and appeals to the Missouri Court of Appeals. Beyond family law, David has represented clients in criminal defense, business litigation, personal injury, estate planning, and probate.
