David has over 30 years of active trial practice experience, focusing on civil trials, mediation, motor vehicle accidents, personal injury, workers compensation, insurance claims and social security disability claims. David has recovered untold millions of dollars on behalf of his injured clients. David has successfully tried numerous cases throughout both South Dakota and Iowa. He has extensive appellate experience before the South Dakota Supreme Court. He has also tried (and won) numerous Social Security Disability cases. Prior to entering private practice, David was honored to be selected as the Law Clerk to the Honorable Chief Justice Robert A. Miller of the South Dakota Supreme Court.

David is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Iowa Association for Justice, the State Bar of Iowa, the National Organization for Social Security Claimant's Representatives, the State Bar of South Dakota, the South Dakota Trial Lawyers Association, the Top 100 Lawyers, and Who's Who Top Lawyer.
