David J. Sternberg holds a B.S. from Miami University and earned his J.D., cum laude, from The Ohio State University College of Law. With a distinguished career in both public and private sectors, Mr. Sternberg has served as an attorney for the State of Ohio, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Lake County, Trial Counsel for the National Labor Relations Board, and Law Director for the City of Willowick. His comprehensive background provides individuals and businesses with insightful and strategic legal counsel. Coming from a hands-on work ethic—having supported himself through roles such as truck loader, dishwasher, waiter, bookkeeper, and builder of econometric models—Mr. Sternberg’s practical experience complements his business administration degree, giving him a rare perspective on the financial and legal challenges his clients face. He has held numerous leadership positions, including past president of the Lake County Bar Association and service on the boards of both the Ohio State Bar Association and the Ohio Association for Justice.
