Attorney David K. Anderson began his legal career in 2015 after earning his Juris Doctor, with a certificate in litigation, from Marquette University Law School. During law school, he served in the trial division of the Milwaukee County Public Defender’s Office, where he gained early courtroom experience working on criminal cases and representing clients facing serious charges.

That experience provided a foundation in trial preparation, evidentiary analysis, and courtroom advocacy. Since entering private practice, Attorney Anderson has built his background handling criminal cases at all stages of the process, including motion practice, evidentiary hearings, and trial-level litigation in courts throughout southern and central Wisconsin. His experience reflects familiarity with the procedural differences and local practices that can significantly affect how cases are resolved.

In addition to his work in Wisconsin circuit courts, Attorney Anderson is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. His background includes experience navigating both state and federal court systems and the distinct procedural requirements of each.
