Biography

Dave Hendrickson has more than 25 years of trial experience. He practices in the areas of product liability, mass tort, medical malpractice, insurance defense, and general business litigation. David is a former captain of the United States Army and also served as a legal correspondent for WCHS-TV, Charleston's ABC affiliate.

Representative Matters

• Extensive experience in cases involving complex litigation, having tried several consolidated cases;

• Extensive experience in mass tort and class action litigation areas, include, but are not limited to asbestos, acrylamide, benzene, PCB, solvents, aromatic hydrocarbons, and other multi-chemical products;

• Skilled in cases involving products ranging from baby seats to motor fan blades;

• Handles a wide variety of personal injury and insurance defense litigation;

• Represents corporations and employers in premises and deliberate intent claims;

• Represents manufacturers in claims of chemical exposures;

• Represents manufacturers and premises owners in mass-trial asbestos litigation, winning several defense verdicts in this highly specialized area;

• Experienced mediator.
