David K. Holmquist

Dave is a director, general counsel and corporate secretary for Fairfield Avenue Leasing Co. and Reichard Industries, Inc., Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Counsel for Fireline, Inc., among others. He was also general counsel and secretary of Ajax Magnethermic Corporation. He counseled Fireline, Inc. in forming a federally-approved ESOP, and serves as its trustee. Prior to joining the firm in 1979, Dave was in-house counsel to Ajax Magnethermic Corporation. His practice is concentrated in the areas of mergers, acquisitions, corporate law, contract negotiation and documentation and labor relations. In addition to his legal practice, he has been very active in the community. He was an organizer and founder of the Ohio Performing Arts Company, a non-profit professional touring children’s theater, and the Fine Arts Music Education Conservatory. Dave has been a member of the Ohio State Bar Association since 1971 and served as chairman of the Corporate Counsel Section from 1975-1976. He is also a member of the Mahoning and Trumbull County Bar Associations.
