David K. Martin

David Martin is a Principal in the firm. He specializes in the family law practice. His practice includes business valuations, custody evaluations, prenuptial agreements, divorce litigation and post divorce litigation.

In addition to his domestic relations and family law practice, Dave has extensive experience in other areas of law, and his diversity of legal representation includes serving the City of Mission, Kansas, as City Attorney for more than 30 years.

Dave has also acted as Judge Pro Tem in a variety of courts in the area, including the Johnson County District Court and the Shawnee Municipal Court.

Dave obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas and attended Washburn University Law School where he obtained his law degree with honors. While at Washburn, he served as Assistant Research Editor on the Washburn Law Journal.
