Biography

Mr. Lalazarian graduated from Pepperdine University in 2001 with a bachelor of arts in history. After a successful collegiate basketball career, he spent some time playing professional basketball in France and China. Upon his return to the States, he earned his real estate license and worked in the real estate industry. Mr. Lalazarian then spent three years teaching math and science to high school students. Mr. Lalazarian earned his juris doctor degree from Southwestern Law School in December 2009 and was admitted to the State Bar of California in June 2010.

Mr. Lalazarian’s practice includes all areas of litigation, with an emphasis in sports law, commercial lending and real estate law, receivership litigation, prejudgment and postjudgment collection remedies, landlord-tenant disputes, lender liability defense, bankruptcy, complex business litigation, and general corporate transactional matters, including the organization, formation, and transfer of all types of corporate entities.
