David Liebrader

David Liebrader is an experienced Las Vegas based investment loss recovery attorney with a practice focused on assisting victims of investment fraud. With a career spanning over three decades, he has served as lead counsel in more than 1000 cases, advocating for individuals, firms, pension plans, and trusts that have incurred financial losses. David has secured judgments, awards, and settlements exceeding eighty million dollars on behalf of his clients. He has a broad spectrum of trial experience, actively representing investors in both state and federal court and arbitrations, handling a variety of FINRA and SEC-related matters.

Beyond his legal practice, David contributes to Las Vegas legal community, serving as a pro temp judge for the Clark County, Nevada District Court. He is also a Chairman qualified arbitrator for FINRA Dispute Resolution. Within the Nevada State Bar, he is a three time past member of the attorney discipline committee and serves as a fee dispute mediator and arbitrator, aiming to resolve attorney-client fee disagreements.

David previously served on the faculty at Columbia College, teaching business law.
