David M. Manni is a partner of Cohen, Manni, Theune & Manni LLP -- having first joined the Firm back in August of 2012 as a Rule 9 Legal Intern. Mr. Manni has been licensed to practice in Washington State since January of 2013 and is a graduate of Ave Maria School of Law Class of 2012. He is admitted to practice law in Washington State as well as in both the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington and the United States Court of Federal Claims.

Mr. Manni operates a general practice with an emphasis on Family Law, Wills and Estate Planning, Probate, Personal Injury, and Criminal Defense. Additionally, Mr. Manni has also served as the Prosecutor for the Town of Coupeville since July of 2015.

Mr. Manni is a Washington local: he was born in Coupeville and raised in Oak Harbor. Mr. Manni completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Washington in Seattle, WA – earning a B.A. in Law, Societies, and Justice. He is the third child of Kenneth and Eleanor Manni, and older brother to Associate, John A. Manni.

Mr. Manni lives in Oak Harbor, WA with his lovely wife, Nicole, and their two boys
