David M. Massey: Attorney with Galloway, Johnson, Tompkins, Burr & Smith

Biography

David Massey’s primary goals are to ensure clients are fully informed as to all their options, that they are aware of any additional avenues for investigation or discovery, and then to work closely with them to pursue whatever resolution they deem to be successful. He prides himself on his skills in legal research and analysis to determine the relative merits of a case and develop a litigation plan, and his outstanding writing and oral advocacy skills are essential when litigating a case. David’s clients know to expect meticulous attention to detail and efficient handling of their case, whether the end goal is an amicable settlement, a legal ruling, or a trial.

David focuses his practice on personal injury, first-party property, and third-party insurance litigation. To minimize litigation expenses and settlement amounts for his clients, David is often able to secure early settlements by demonstrating early on that the plaintiffs’ cases are weak.

David was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He inherited an early interest in technology and electronics from his electrician father, and when he is not busy representing his clients, David continues to enjoy tinkering with gadgets, building computers, and setting up home networks.
