Biography

Mr. Williams was born in Boston, Massachusetts. He graduated Cum Laude from Northeastern University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree. Mr. Williams earned his Juris Doctorate degree at New England School of Law where he graduated Cum Laude and was selected as a New England Scholar. He was admitted to the State Bar of Massachusetts in 1993, the State Bar of Nevada in 2011, and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts.

Mr. Williams is a partner in the Law Firm of QWA Attorneys At Law, located in Henderson, Nevada. Prior to joining QWA Attorneys At Law, Mr. Williams was a principal and managing partner of Williams & Associates, PC, and David M. Williams & Associates.

Mr. Williams' practice is confined to civil litigation and insurance coverage, and he currently serves as National Counsel to several insurance companies in complex civil litigation, and is admitted to appear in various courts throughout the country.

Mr. Williams is a member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals. Mr. Williams is an expert in the identification of tortfeasors in complex liability claims and has advised many insurance company clients during the course of his practice on coverage and other insurance-related matters.
