Biography

Mr. Walsh focuses his practice on civil litigation in state and federal courts in disputes involving businesses and contracts, construction and real estate, and other commercial litigation. Mr. Walsh assists clients throughout the entire commercial litigation process, ensuring the highest quality of service to his clients.

David is a Double Gator, graduating with his bachelor degrees from the University of Florida and his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While he attended the University of Florida, David was a member of Florida Blue Key and was inducted into the University of Florida Hall of Fame, Class of 2020. During his time in law school, he clerked for the Honorable Judge Van Vorst at Florida’s Eighth Judicial Circuit Court.
