Biography

David R. Adams is a shareholder of Fromhold Adams & Jun. He concentrates his practice in real estate and corporate and business transactions. His areas of practice include commercial real estate, contracts, commercial leasing, business sales, assessment appeals, residential real estate, partnerships, condominiums and planned communities and various other complex contractual and transactional matters. He is a graduate of Moorestown Friends School, Gettysburg College and Villanova University School of Law (J.D. cum laude). At Villanova, he was elected to the Law Review and the honor societies of The Order of the Coif and Phi Kappa Phi. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and the Supreme Court of the United States.

He is a former Chairperson of the Cherry Hill Historical Commission and a past president of the Bryn Mawr Rotary Club. He has been recognized by Main Line Today as a 'Top Lawyer' on numerous occasions.
