Biography

David has been practicing law since 1982. David’s practice is built on his wealth of knowledge in tax law and related experience. He advises clients on international tax planning, including tax considerations of foreign and domestic trusts for foreign and U.S. individuals and families, estate planning for international families, and advising foreign trustees in connection with U.S. tax compliance issues for U.S. and foreign beneficiaries.

David graduated top of his class, summa cum laude, from University at Albany. After obtaining a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting he pursued a law degree from Hofstra Law School, again graduating at the top of his class with distinction.

After realizing his passion for tax law, David obtained an L.L.M. in Taxation from NYU. He is admitted to practice law in New York, is a Certified Public Accountant and is an active member of the New York State Bar Association.
