Included in those victories are: the largest employment discrimination verdict in U.S. history (more than $250 million) and the largest non-intervened qui tam action settlement (more than $750 million). Other recent victories include the resolution of a wage and hour dispute with a $99 million settlement and the resolution of a fraud case for $23.5 million. In total, the firm has won over a billion dollars for clients.
