David S. Rich serves as the founding member of the Law
Offices of David S. Rich, LLC, a distinguished Manhattan Employment and
Business Litigation Law Firm with offices in Manhattan City and Englewood
Cliffs, New Jersey. A graduate of the Columbia University School of Law and the
University of Pennsylvania, Mr. Rich brings over two decades of experience to
his practice, defending employers, representing businesses, and advocating for
executives and professionals in business and employment lawsuits.
With a comprehensive legal approach, Mr. Rich litigates
civil, commercial, employment, and securities matters in both federal and state
courts in Manhattan and New Jersey. His proficiency extends to arbitration

presence in handling appeals.
Mr. Rich represents a diverse clientele in civil and

non-competition or non-solicitation agreement breaches, workers’ compensation

Beyond litigation, Mr. Rich is actively engaged in drafting
