Since joining the firm, David has been an integral member of trial teams that have secured over $275 million in jury verdicts for clients, and has played a major role in securing hundreds of millions of dollars in settlements.

David served as lead associate on the firm’s representation of actor/comedian Tracy Morgan against Wal-Mart arising out of a tractor-trailer accident. He also served as the lead associate in the firm’s representation of numerous victims injured in the May 12, 2015 Amtrak train derailment, the largest train accident and settlement for a train accident in U.S. history ($265 million).

David worked on the firm’s representation of professional tennis player Eugenie Bouchard in her case against the United States Tennis Association and second-chaired the trial in the Eastern District of New York. David also served as lead associate in the firm’s representation of Zynae Green—a six-year-old girl who suffered catastrophic electrocution-related injuries—in her case against the MGM National Harbor Hotel in Maryland. In addition, David is intricately involved in many of the firm’s mass tort litigations including matters regarding talcum powder, IVC filters, Testosterone Replacement Therapy products and Propecia.
