David W. Green

David W. Green is a partner in Hartline Barger LLP’s Houston office, bringing over 40 years of legal experience to his clients. After earning his law degree from Baylor Law School, he began his career in the Trial Section of the San Antonio City Attorney’s Office, where he gained extensive experience defending municipalities against personal injury and wrongful death claims. David later practiced with a prominent San Antonio firm before relocating to Corpus Christi in 1989 and ultimately joining the Houston office in 2013. David’s practice encompasses a wide range of matters, including product liability, personal injury, premises defect claims, fire litigation, dram shop liability, pharmaceutical litigation, and insurance coverage. He also defends complex commercial litigation involving breach of contract, fraud, misrepresentation, deceptive trade practices, and fiduciary duty claims. Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, David handles legal issues at all litigation stages, including appeals before the Texas intermediate appellate courts, the Texas Supreme Court, and the federal Fifth Circuit. David has been recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer and holds an AV Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
