David W. Holley

David W. Holley is an attorney who primarily focuses on litigation. After being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2016, he initially worked for a boutique firm in Pembroke Pines, Florida, where he specialized in civil appeals. He provided appellate and litigation support to outside counsel, particularly in the areas of complex commercial litigation involving corporate entities, high-asset dissolution of marriage proceedings, insurance carrier disputes, and catastrophic personal injury claims at the appellate level.

With his ability to collaborate effectively with other attorneys and provide tailored counsel across diverse areas of law, David ensured that his clients felt comfortable and secure in their legal matters. As his career progressed, he transitioned towards a stronger emphasis on litigation and now concentrates his practice in this area. He welcomes new challenges and is dedicated and resourceful when it comes to tackling complex legal issues.

David is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and holds memberships in professional organizations such as The Lee County Bar Association. Additionally, he is certified in the Middle District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
