Biography

David W. Craig is one of the founding partners of the law firm of Craig, Kelley & Faultless. The firm only represents those people and their families who have been injured or killed as the result of the carelessness of others. David has been practicing law since 1985. Since that time he has been fighting to obtain justice for ordinary people against insurance companies, trucking companies, large corporations and others. He has witnessed the destruction and devastation that can be caused by the recklessness of others. David treats clients the way he would wanted to be treated. Throughout his career, David has handled cases against trucking and other commercial vehicle companies. He has handled these cases in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Missouri, Kansas and throughout the country. These cases are unique and require specialized knowledge of the trucking industry as well as the federal and state laws that regulate the particular area. In addition, lawyers handling these cases must have the financial resources and knowledge to hire the right experts in order to properly prosecute these claims. David has resolved thousands of injury and death cases. Most cases have settled without the need to go to trial. However, David is an experienced trial lawyer who welcomes the opportunity to go to trial when necessary.. He has handled numerous jury trials over the past 35 plus years and he continues to regularly go to trial. Although past results are important, every case is different. Indiana law prohibits the public communication of past performance. However, David would be happy to speak to you about your case as well as his experience. David is Board Certified in Truck Accident Law by the NBTA. He is the author of the book Semitruck Wreck, A Guide For Vitims and Their is the host of the podcast, After the Crash. He has been recognised as one of Indiana and the Nations top trial lawyers. David is on the Board of Regents for the ATAA. He is also a member of the Mullti-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. David is a member of: Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, since 1985; Kentucky Justice Association; American Association for Justice (formerly Association of Trial Lawyers of America, since 1985); American Trial Lawyers Association; and Association of Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America (National Advisory Board Member).
