David W. Craig is one of the founding partners of the law firm of Craig, Kelley & Faultless. The firm only represents those people and their families who have been injured or killed as the result of the carelessness of others.
David has been practicing law since 1985. Since that time he has been fighting to obtain justice for ordinary people against insurance companies, trucking companies, large corporations and others. Throughout his career, David has handled cases against trucking and other commercial vehicle companies. He has handled these cases in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Missouri, Kansas and throughout the country. David has resolved thousands of injury and death cases. Most cases have settled without the need to go to trial. However, David is an experienced trial lawyer who welcomes the opportunity to go to trial when necessary.. David is Board Certified in Truck Accident Law by the NBTA. He is the author of the book Semitruck Wreck, A Guide For Vitims and Their is the host of the podcast, After the Crash. He has been recognised as one of Indiana and the Nations top trial lawyers. David is on the Board of Regents for the ATAA. He is also a member of the Mullti-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
