Since 1999, managed a multi-state trial practice assisting patients and their families catastrophically or seriously injured by medical negligence. Author: "Proof of Hypoxic Brain Damage in Birth Cases," "Screening Plaintiff Malpractice Cases," "How to Locate Credible Experts," "Obstetrical Malpractice Glossary," "Fetal Heart Monitoring," "Apgar Scores in Infant Cases," "Evaluating the Meconium Staining Case," "Deposing the Medical Expert," "Chorionic Villus Sampling: Pro's, Con's & Alternatives," Medical Malpractice Law & Strategy, 1985-1994. Lead Pentagon Trial Attorney to Defend the United States in Medical Malpractice Litigation in Federal District Courts, 1984-1986. Member, Board of Contributors, Medical Malpractice Law & Strategy, 1986-1995. Also published the commentary/ article "Malpractice Crisis or Communication Crisis" in the Journal of Law, Medicine and Ethics 14 (3-4): 205. Keynote speaker or presenter for accredited medical malpractice continuing education courses (CLE) or topics 2024-25.
