Biography

Davide focuses on structured finance transactions, handling a broad range of securitisation transactions, investments and divestments in nonperforming loan portfolios for international and domestic financial institutions, as well as bond issuance for Italian companies.

He has also worked on several corporate and real estate financing, leveraged buy-outs and bilateral loans, on both lenders’ and borrowers’ sides, including the structuring and negotiations of security packages
