Biography

Davin Matthew Miret is a rising Associate in the firm's Miami office. He practices in the areas of general civil litigation, vehicle negligence, Personal Injury Protection (PIP), and premises liability. He is also a member of the firm's auto negligence practice group.

Mr. Miret received his Bachelor's of Science in Finance from the University of South Florida. He received his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law, where he was on the Dean's List, earned recognition as a Dean's Merit Scholar, and served as President of Stonewall Legal Alliance.

While in law school, Mr. Miret served as a Certified Intern at the Office of the State Attorney in Florida's 13th Judicial Circuit. He also served as a Law Clerk at multiple boutique firm's in South Florida where he primarily focused on work in first party property, vehicle negligence, premises security, and contract disputes.
