Dawn M. Call

Dawn M. Call is a Senior Partner at Zumpano Patricios, where she also serves as the Firmwide Transactions Division Chair. Ms. Call has 24 years of experience as an accomplished business counselor. She offers outside general counsel services providing strategic advice in all areas that affect businesses on a regular basis, including general business, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, procurement, real estate, risk management, governance, and regulatory and litigation matters. Her main goal in providing legal advice is to minimize legal exposure while maintaining business value and growth.

Ms. Call served as the Vice President and General Counsel of an international government contractor for 16 years, managing the legal, risk management, and internal audit departments. She also worked for one of the largest full-service law firms in the western United States for 7 years, concentrating on securities offerings, compliance, merger and acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate matters. Her legal experience and knowledge are greatly assisted by her business background as a Certified Public Accountant with a Master of Business Administration.
