Biography

Ms. Pettigrew focuses her practice on commercial general liability and commercial litigation, with a primary emphasis on premise liability, construction defect, and products liability. Ms. Pettigrew’s general liability practice consists of defending businesses, construction firms, insurance companies, and individuals in all aspects of general tort liability. In construction matters, Ms. Pettigrew has represented owners, contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers for construction defects claims, construction contract disputes and lien rights in arbitrations and state and federal courts.

Prior to joining Hudson Parrott Walker, Ms. Pettigrew represented and advised municipal entities and privately held companies in a wide range of complex commercial disputes in state and federal court. Her practice included the representation of corporations, municipal entities, and individual clients in commercial and contractual disputes, civil rights violations, business torts, construction defect cases, personal injury cases, and product liability matters.
