Biography

Dawn Rigby Walsh has practiced with Glynn Law Offices since 2017. Under Attorney Suzanne Fay Glynn, Dawn works with clients to review Family Information and Assets & Holdings, and discuss estate planning goals, beneficiary designations, estate taxes and the probate process.

Her counsel includes preparation of the basic tools of an estate plan, including Wills and revocable Trusts, as well as Durable power of attorney, health care proxy and health authorization (“HIPAA”) forms. In connection with Trust preparation, Dawn also collaborates with member’s of a client’s financial and accounting team to complete the structure for proper Asset allocation and Trust funding. For our clients who own real estate, she prepares Realty Trusts and Quitclaim Deeds for clients who wish to have real property held in Trust.
