Dean Silliman was a fiduciary for his father's retirement estate that consisted of $800,000 in cash and real property. After four years managing his father's retirement account, the money is depleted. Dean spent some of the funds in his father's retirement account for his own home and personal expenses. He transferred the funds from an account with both of their names on it to accounts with only his name, so that his father could not access the funds. In my opinion his actions were unethical.
