Biography

Dean Suhail Khan is an Associate in the firm’s Orlando office, where he focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, business law, commercial law, and property law.

Mr. Khan graduated summa cum laude from Florida State University as a double major in Finance and Political Science. He later earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

During law school, Mr. Khan served on the executive board of the University of Florida Journal of Law and Public Policy and worked as a research assistant for Professor Lea Johnston, focusing on issues related to mental health and criminal law. Mr. Khan also interned under the Honorable Judge Paul G. Byron with the Middle District of Florida and served as a Certified Legal Intern with the 8th Judicial Circuit through the University of Florida’s Prosecution Field Placement Clinic. Mr. Khan received book awards in his Business Ethics, Constitutional Change, State Attorney’s Office Field Placement, and Pre-Trial Practice courses.
