Biography

Deborah A. Megarr is a dedicated associate at Law Offices Rosemarie Arnold, passionately representing plaintiffs who have been injured in motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, and various other accidents.

Her academic journey began at Montclair State College, where she focused on English Literature and Humanities. In 1994, she proudly earned her B.A. in English. Immediately after graduation, Deborah pursued her legal education at Pace University, School of Law, and graduated in 1997. During her time at Pace, she actively participated in the University's Moot Court competition, showcasing her prowess in legal advocacy. She also took part in the A.B.A. Regional and National Negotiation Competitions, further honing her skills in negotiation and dispute resolution.

Throughout her legal career, Ms. Megarr has garnered experience in various fields of law, including personal injury, worker's compensation, PIP, insurance defense, insurance fraud, real estate, as well as wills and probate. As a personal injury attorney, Deborah authored an appellate brief that led to the overturning of the trial court's dismissal of a medical malpractice complaint filed after the statute of limitations had expired, based on the Discovery Rule.

Currently admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court of New Jersey, Deborah A. Megarr is a tenacious advocate for her clients' rights and seeks justice on their behalf.
