Deborah Etlinger practices in the areas of insurance defense and insurance coverage. She has thirty-five years of legal experience. Matters include construction defect, toxic tort, employment, and defense of institutional clients in sexual molestation cases.

In a multi-million-dollar construction defect case, Deborah implemented a strategy of conducting limited discovery on behalf of her contractor client to set the stage for prevailing on a summary judgment motion. She successfully defended institutional clients including schools and municipalities in lawsuit alleging claims of sexual molestation. In her employment defense practice, she defends non-profit and other organizations in both administrative proceedings and in State and Federal Court.
