Biography

Deborah specializes in estate planning and trust administration. Her estate planning practice focuses on working with and advising clients on a wide range of estate plans, including revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney and advance health care directives, as well as more complex planning involving irrevocable trusts and special needs trusts.

Deborah also represents private and professional fiduciaries and family members in trust administrations and probate matters. Specifically, Deborah works with special needs trust trustees, beneficiaries, and their families with special needs planning and trust administration to make the most of public benefits and distributions from special needs trusts to maintain and improve the beneficiary’s quality of life.
