Biography

Ms. Braile focuses her practice on the aggressive defense of fraudulent and excessive insurance claims with a concentration on the present day abuses of the Florida No Fault Statute. She further possesses knowledge in the defense of Bodily Injury, Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist and Premises Liability Claims.

Ms. Braile graduated with Honors from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising in 1990 . She continued her studies at the University of Florida College of Law and earned her Juris Doctor in 1993. She has been practicing law in the State of Florida ever since.

Ms Braile is a member in good standing of the Broward County Bar Association, The Florida Bar, The Florida Defense Lawyers Association and the National Society of Professional Insurance.
