Biography

Deborah S. Gallin graduated from Queens College of the City of New York in 1974. She then received her Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law in 1977. She was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1977 and to practice before the New York Federal Courts in the Southern District in 1980. Ms. Gallin’s area of expertise include probate, will, trust, and estate law and has published articles on estate planning topics including the Role of an Executor, Gun Trusts and Revocable Trusts. She has written thousands of wills and advised thousands of clients regarding their estates.
She is also an avid tennis player who was on a U.S.T.A. Eastern regional team that made it to the Nationals held in Tucson, Arizona in 2015. She has also served as a volunteer for the Ronald McDonald House located in Stony Brook, New York.
