Biography

Debra A. Sapir Srulowitz is a real estate attorney, whose areas of concentration are commercial and residential real estate transactions through her representation of property owners, sponsors, landlords, and individual purchasers and sellers. Her experience includes the financing, acquisition and sale of commercial, residential and mixed use properties; the financing and refinancing of loans secured by commercial real estate; commercial leasing; and filings with the NYS Department of Law.

Debra also has experience representing individual purchasers and sellers with the acquisition, disposition and financing of condominium units, cooperative units and single-family homes.

While attending law school, Debra was managing editor of the Journal of International Business and Law and the recipient of John J. Regan Memorial Endowed Distinguished Academic Scholarship.

Debra received a B.A. magna cum laude from New York University and her J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law, with honors.
