Delwyn E. Webber

Delwyn Webber has spent the last 12 years practicing almost exclusively in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, and Asset Protection. Her practice includes, but is not limited to the preparation of wills, domestic asset protection trusts, revocable living trusts, and powers of attorney. Ms. Webber has been recognized as a top estate planning attorney by her peers time and time again, and has recently been recognized as a 2021 Mountain States Super Lawyer, published by Thomson Reuters.

Passionate about her clients, Delwyn has dedicated her practice to ensuring each client walks away not only satisfied with her service, but confident their affairs will be managed according to their wishes.

Delwyn completed her law degree at Bond University, Gold Coast, Australia, with Honors in 2004, and was admitted to the Queensland Supreme Court in 2004 and the High Court of Australia in 2005. Delwyn Webber was admitted to the Nevada Supreme Court in 2008, and the United States Supreme Court in 2015.

Delwyn Webber was born and raised in New Zealand and moved to Australia in 2001, finally making America her home in 2005. She spends her free time cheering on our Las Vegas Golden Knights with her husband and two daughters.
