Biography

Dene S. Perusse is an accomplished attorney with a focus on real estate law. She obtained her B.A. degrees in political science and philosophy from Emory University in 1993. She went on to earn her J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 2000. Throughout her career, Dene has developed expertise in real estate law, specifically in representing lenders and title companies in creditor rights issues. She has worked at both large-scale and mid-sized real estate firms in Atlanta, and she also had a general practice in rural southwest Georgia at one point.

Since joining the firm in 2007, Dene S. Perusse has been handling various aspects of default servicing matters, including foreclosure, loss mitigation, litigation, title clearance, dispossessory proceedings, and closings in both traditional and real estate owned (REO) settings. Her extensive experience and knowledge in real estate law make her a valuable asset to the firm and its clients.
