Biography

Advising both public and private companies, Denise has experience in a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions including mergers and acquisitions, plans of arrangements and other corporate reorganizations and debt and equity financings. Denise is also a trusted advisor to board of directors and special committees on transactional matters as well as corporate governance issues.

Her practice also focuses on advising issuers with respect to securities reporting, compliance and disclosure obligations and general corporate matters.

Denise currently sits on numerous boards and is a member of the Toronto Stock Exchange’s Listing Advisory Committee.
